LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (WDRB) — Greater than 100 animals from shelters in jap Kentucky have been transferred to the Kentucky Humane Society on Saturday.

Evacuated and injured animals got here from the Kentucky River Regional Animal Rescue (KRRAS) in Hazard and the Floyd County Animal Rescue (FCAS) in Prestonburg. Previous to the flood, the animals have been scheduled to be adopted at shelters.

KHS transported 13 canines and 36 cats from FCAS to KHS’ Sam Swope Pet Remedy and Lifesaving Heart. KRASS’ 18 canines and 30 cats have been taken to KHS’ Sam Swope Pet Retreat in Jeffersontown, and he has taken six extra canines to KHS’ Willow Hope Farm in Simpsonville. He was taken.
